Since the original letter to home secretary was written back in 2003, most of the links on the page bellow are no longer working but there is an update added. Also there have been further developments, i.e. "justice" Singer in collusion with solicitors/barrister has blatantly stolen all my assets. He is on record already for doing similar thing in another case yet is still allowed to sit as a judge.

OPEN LETTER

To home secretary

Sir

 

Over the last couple of years I have contacted your department with complaints regarding criminal acts performed by several British judges, i.e. contempt of the law, abuse of the power of their office and their collaboration in fraud.

 

So far I have always been “fobbed off” with answers about the “judicial independence” and how the government cannot interfere.

As you and I both know, the government IS the highest law in the country so such excuses are nothing but lies.

 

Therefore, I DEMAND that you make one thing clear to me and to the public in general: is there a procedure in place whereby judges performing criminal acts can be investigated AND CHARGED according to the written law?

 

There are just two possible answers to this question:

 

Either,

There are provisions in law to make the judges answerable to the charges levelled at them in which case I demand criminal charges be brought against following judges:

 

  1. Nicholas Medavar QC, Central London court – guilty of abuse of the power of his office, acting outside his jurisdiction (dealing with child contact and property issues), condoning perjury, fraud and being a party to fraud and theft.
  2. District judge Green (Principal Registry, Principal Registry of the family court

High Holborn, , London) - acting outside jurisdiction, contempt of the law, party to fraud.

  1. Mr justice Charles, RCJ London – contempt of the law, abuse of the power of his office, party to fraud, refusal to act upon the law as presented to him.
  2. Mr justice Singer, RCJ London – as Charles above.

 

There are also a number of other participants in these criminal acts that I would like considered for similar prosecution:

 

  1. Mz Chaudhry, barrister for the opposition: party to perjury, fraud, theft, presentation of the false instruments and forgery, abuse of public funding.
  2. Tessa Lindop, Coldham Shield and Mace solicitors, charges as above.
  3. Mrs Janet Lee, CAFCASS “officer” – racial prejudice, perjury, party to fraud.
  4. Inspector Harvey – Loughton, Essex Police, this man is unfit to be in charge of public servants who aid and abet in theft, falsify evidence, mishandle property, use threatening behaviour and harassment, aid and abet in unauthorised entry, withhold evidence, disregard evidence, ignore rules and procedures of investigation and are thieves themselves (several complaints to the Police Complains Authority have been upheld).
  5. Hugh Fayers, (ex-solicitor, embezzlement of clients funds) – perjury, forgery, fraud.

There IS NO remedy under the existing law and we are truly living in a lawless society. In that case it is every man for himself and all law abiding citizens have a duty to deal with all crimes that are committed.

 

As I have been under constant attack by the criminals listed above, and several others, my health and the future of my children and myself have been totally destroyed and therefore I am not prepared to roll over and play dead anymore. I expect your answer within 10 working days so it can be published alongside this letter at www.lbduk.org and on various email lists and forums on the Internet. Failure to respond within the given time will be taken as admission of your inability to deal with this situation and will confirm the state of lawlessness in our society.

UPDATE

For last ten years I have been trying to expose criminal acts performed by judges, solicitors, barristers, police (Loughton, Essex) and a number of individuals which have robbed me of two of my children (which I have not seen for almost ten years now) and of all of my assets, down to last penny and caused me to become homeless. Their crimes include use of perjury, forgeries, falsified evidence, abuse of the power of the office and more. They also committed crimes of fraud, theft, illegal incarceration, false accusations and lot more and they violated almost every of my human rights in the process. So far all the relevant authorities have ignored my pleas to deal with the crimes committed and have tried to “sweep it under the carpet”.

Objective of this hunger strike is to:

• Get immediate provision of housing, benefits that I am entitled and restoration of my assets based upon ample evidence in my possession.

• Get the government as the highest power in the country to acknowledge the existence of the problem, examine my evidence and deal with the criminals responsible accordingly.

• Agreement to review of the way that “family courts” operate and move towards total transparency, openness to scrutiny and full accountability of the same.

I will stay here until those conditions are met
(Condition one is not negotiable and must be executed immediately at least public announcement is made that it will be dealt with with utmost urgency.
