Killing Democracy – Saga continues
Some of you might even remember my posting about Westminster city council starting procedure in high court, RCJ strand (royal courts of (in)justice), to evict protesters from parliament square. My original posting also included my statement that they (council and judiciary) due to the political nature and motivation, will stoop to any/all the dirty tricks they can think of, will do anything for that claim to succeed, even break the law. Once again I am going to restrain myself from saying “I’ve told you so”.
Below you can see a draft order made by another corrupt RCJ stooge, “master” Kay. But first let me clarify few points.
On 22nd of February together with acknowledgement of service demand has been submitted (by Mr Williams and myself) to the court and council for disclosure of additional evidence.
In original court papers that were served by Westminster city council on defendants we were given 14 days to reply. We expected the same rule to apply to the council. Up to now (27/05/11) – zilch, sweet FA. No correspondence from the court or council. That in itself should have made whole case become null and void due to the due process of the law being ignored.
However, today I have obtained above mentioned draft order, not through official channels though but by sheer coincidence. Without the knowledge of the most of defendants hearing was held on 9th of may before “master” Kay, draft order being the result of it. This shows the total disregard for rule of law and how powers that be are hell-bent on sidestepping the lawful procedure. Master Kay has totally ignored several very apparent facts:
· that defendants were not even aware that the procedure was to take place on 9th of may
· that westminster council has totally disregarded demand for disclosure of evidence requested from them
· totally failed to make sure that defendants rights are insured by making sure they are present (or at least that they were duly notified about the hearing).
· that he failed completely in insuring that all the defendants receive the copy of draft order to enable them to respond properly by 3rd of june (and strike out this abomination of “justice”).
There is probably more to it but I had had very little time to study it properly so I can post it and expose it for what it is. Please read the order carefully and see what you can come up with, this is quite possibly the biggest assault on democracy ever, we are all going to feel consequences if they succeed. We must mount massive campaign to expose this and confront it. Your help is needed to prepare the counter claim so please get your thinking hats on.
I would also love to organise (as massive as possible) protest on afternoon of 3rd of june outside RCJ Strand, London to make sure they know that they are in public eye.
PS. As you can see there is NO court stamp or any signature on that order so even Mickey Mouse could have written it. Just another circus act?
